Does Yahoo answers need sorting out, it seems to have lost credibility what do you think?

Yes, Yahoo Answers has lost creditability. But people seem to forget that Yahoo Answers is not the reason Verizon purchased the Yahoo Site. Yahoo is a lot bigger than just Yahoo Answers. You read any news article about this and you will never see Yahoo Answers being mention. It is Yahoo Sports, News, and Email that keeps Yahoo running not Yahoo Answers. But Yahoo did screw those areas up also. One example is the hacking of over 3 billion e-mail accounts. Verizon Media (the new owners of Yahoo) could care less what goes on at Yahoo Answers. That is why they have few to 0 staff.

Yahoo went out of business . YA lost credibility, if it ever had any, in 2013
The only reason YA had any credibility was it exists because it replaced Google Answers when Google was sued was sued and Google settled out of court and agreed to archive Google Answers at the end of 2006.
Yahoo and YA are now classic business college textbook example of how years of political infighting among the executive management team and mismanagement can destroy a thriving communications business when the stockholders and investors revolt like they did in the summer of 2014. Now that Ted Armstrong has left Oath. Verizon may be finding out it has taken on more than it can manage, but Facebook has major problems too. Mark Zuckerberg has lost a lot of credibility too, but Facebook survives.
