But anyway..a new born baby does not have fetishes, it takes time for the development of the characteristically odd behavior to attachments that arouse. You don’t look at his or her chart, you start with early development and continue with each stage of their life. That is not inherited through the genes at all but the human mind and emotions are complex, so if you are only turned on when wearing a diaper and having a pacifier in your mouth but you are say 35, something occurred but so many variables that it would be time consuming to break it down. Since each person is a separate individual, it is case by case not en masse. They would never get help that way.

12th probably - secrets or other hidden things. But everyone with a planet in the 12th doesn't have fetishes or severe ones. I remember one fetishist (deceased by the time I got his chart) and he had a debilitated Venus in the 12th. A twisted 5th house ruler or occupant would do also.
