因為見到的士拍左上行人路而踩到佢前防撞欄但沒有損毀, 同行過車身到尾箱時因為車旁有樹支而到拌倒而拍了一下尾箱會不會在之後被告刑事毀壞?

This will never be a criminal case at all.In order to make this criminal case, the person must have an intent or have acted recklessly and destroyed/damaged a property.
Because recklessness and/or intent does not exist, it can be barely a civil case only.
