Gas constant, R = 0.08206 L atm / (mol K)
Temperature, T = (273.15 + 20.00) K = 293.15 K

Π = iMRT
Osmotic pressure, Π = 3 × 0.0086 × 0.08206 × 293.15 = 0.621 atm
