Can basic blood work tell if you’re pregnant ?

Okay so basically I’m a 21 year old girl and I have sex with my boyfriend. I just got a new doctor so I need to just get a normal blood work done, could that tell if I’m pregnant or not? Because my mom will be there and I’m kind of scared lol. Thanks.

No idea what you mean by 'basic' or 'normal' blood work. There should be no need to routinely test for pregnancy, especially if, on your medical history paperwork, you note when your last period was and what kind of contraception you are using.
"Routine" blood work at this age is usually something like a CBC and maybe checking your blood sugar or thyroid. (And unless your doctor's office is set up in a very unusual way, you will likely have the blood drawn at the end of the appointment, and results either phoned to you, or sent by mail several days later.
More to the point -- you are 21. You are an adult. There is NO reason for your mother to be in the room when you are being examined, or when the doctor is discussing the results of your blood work with you. (Nor should she be taking your phone calls or opening your mail.)

Not unless your doctor checks the "hCG" box on the blood test form. A CBC does not include a pregnancy test.

No. A "regular" blood test isn't looking for the "hCG pregnancy hormone". In order to detect pregnancy, the doctor would have to request that the lab run that specific test on your blood sample.
You're 21 years old and you're an adult; so why is your mom going to "be there" with you? You're not a minor; her permission isn't required for you to see a doctor, and the doctor isn't going to discuss any findings with your mother anyway - that's confidential information between you and him.
You won't have the results of blood work that same day anyway. The lab won't finish testing before the following day, at the earliest.

It is fairly common to automatically check for pregnancy when doing any kind of physical check up and blood work on a woman of child bearing age.
