請問我的老婆是大陸人，已申請來港生活。其（子女）當時撫養權當時不屬 於她，但現在前夫不能力再撫養，歸還其子女（已滿16周歲），請問如何申請來港？

因你老婆的子女與你並無血緣關係，所以你沒有甚麼可以做；只有等你老婆到港定居成為永久居民身份後，才可以申請她的子女來港定居。
