在申請破産期間頒令前，有財務公司(已申報)找了收數公司向我收數滋擾，因為保障家人安全，家人借了錢給我還責還清全數，這樣需要向破産主任申報嗎?

Repayment, unfortunately, is no longer the solution in this case.

You should not repay. In fact - you can't repay as a matter of law.

Because you have petitioned for bankruptcy, your assets are frozen for repayment only. Even the money is not yours, the Court can order the payment reversal (as only the Court can decide who gets what), which practically voids the repayment.

You should contact the police and report the harassment, as you are supposed to be legally protected once you have filed your petition.
