Supporters of Trump are confusing policy with power.

There has never been a greater threat to the constitution or the citizens of the US.
Trump is interested in winning whatever the cost.
His supporters feel that they are on a winner and again that winning is the only thing that counts.

The policies themselves are quite secondary to the concept of limitless power being vested in a "king".

As such "democracy" is now hanging by the finest of fine threads and too many people are prepared to turn a blind eye to this because they like the specific policies.

Your children and their children are the ones who must ultimately pay the price of this.
