Putting on muscle?
I'm trying to put on muscle by lifting 10kg dumbells, should I be lifting everyday or every other day

Every other day... Your muscles need a day to rest and rebuild.
Have a wonderful day.
You can lift 2-6 days a week. It's your preference. Just make sure you alternate muscle groups each day. Try not to work the same body part two days in a row.
take one or two days off a week ..
