On aliveshoes do u have to have a register shoe line with business license and resale license and ein or can u be just a individual?

They are going to want you to be a business...otherwise, you need to collect sales tax and its a whole mess...

They don't really care if you are a sole proprietor, but you need to establish a proper business, not just be some guy making shoes in their basement. You can make shoes in your basement, that's fine, but you sell them through a legit business.
