She says “加油、再見(go for it, goodbye)”加油 is a very common used phrase, which means go for it.
For example, when we see people running marathon, we usually say 加油 to them.

Yeah, I know what those words mean :) But she said something that *sounded* like xiao, and then good-bye. She couldn't have said "Small, good-bye". I think it's something else, but thank you :D
