How do rally drivers get their cars?

Do WRC pro rally drivers rent a car for a race coz I can't understand them buying it as it would cost so much to repair and repair coz of rough driving so do they rent them for the day

Renting a car and racing it would violate the rental contract, and the driver would be barred from renting again. In any professional motorsports, there are sponsors.
