I'm reading the EULA for Battlefront (2015)

and came across this:

Without prejudice to previous any part of this Section, neither you nor EA shall under any circumstances whatever be liable to the other, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation, or otherwise including:

loss of income;

7.3.2. loss of business profits or contracts;

7.3.3. business interruption;

7.3.4. loss of the use of money or anticipated savings;

7.3.5. loss of information;

7.3.6. loss of opportunity, goodwill or reputation;

7.3.7. loss of, damage to or corruption of data; or

7.3.8. any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise;

is 7.3.5 legal? if someone hacks my account and steals my credit card info or name, are they protected from me suing them? is it enforceable?

Besides, don't stress over this
Its like stressing over how much calories u are getting in a single gummy bear or a piece of tic toc

If the person uses your credit card to play Battlefront then yes, they are protected.

I doubt you can find ANY End User Licensing Agreement that doesn't have that clause, or one essentially identical. It is entirely legal.
