Why car stalling, cold temperature?

Bad idlling, cold start hard

idle stalling, low rpm,

toyota echo 2005 150 000 miles on it

i need, I have to maintain 1500 RPM, to keep idle

Replace the air filter. Check for a bad or dirty idle air control valve or idle air control motor.

Split air intake boot.

It could be anything....Check the battery cold cranking amps, check your fuel pump, check your alternator.
