What are the charges I can get if I was filed a criminal complaint?
This is what it says,
"Using another s information for unlawful purpose" PC530.5(A)
"You are required to appear at the Pasadena Superior Court to answer the charges, to determine which court room your case will be heard".
Will I go to jail?, I cant afford a lawyer, what can I do?. This is my first time going to court. It is on Feb 6.
It was never my intention to use someones information for unlawful purpose, my criminal record is clean.

I'm not sure why you've posted this 5 times over a period of months.
What don't you understand? The law clearly states: "(a) Every person who willfully obtains personal identifying information, as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 530.55, of another person, and uses that information for any unlawful purpose, including to obtain, or attempt to obtain, credit, goods, services, real property, or medical information without the consent of that person, is guilty of a public offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine, by imprisonment in a county jail not to exceed one year, or by both a fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170. You can be fined up to $1000, up to a year in jail, community service, suspended sentence, or probation in any combination. It is illegal to use someone elses information. There is no option to pay until guilty is recorded and a judge determines the punishment. It is highly unlikely you do any jail time, and most likely punishment will be light unless you get caught again."
YOU CAN BE SENTENCED TO A YEAR IN JAIL.
Just wondering, how did you accidentally obtain and use someone else's personal information?
go to courts and get the hearing and court details first
depending on what you were doing , it could be a fine or suspended sentence
"If you can't afford a lawyer one will be provided you." It sounds like you are being charged with identity theft.
Helpless much? Look up the identify theft code section and look for "punishment." Like totally wow, dude.
"Using another s information for unlawful purpose" PC530.5(A)
That IS the charge.
However, YOU are a troll and this didn't happen.
