Okay so i was working out and i was in my back looking up and I noticed that the ceiling had little things sticking out. I thought perhaps how the universe works. Maybe if something is really dense it will open a passage to another dimention. Kind of like flat land. According to your knowledge is there any truth to that.

A very dense object will have strong gravity and cause space to curve. Even more density will create a black hole and a singularity with infinite curvature. But this does not lead to another universe or to a 4th space dimension. It is only curved 3D space or curved 4D spacetime.
There are theories about wormholes but there is no way for them to form and they are unstable and collapse instantly.
