hang in there, I have to follow the diet as well! Here is what I eat all the time
--Mean, vegetables, Milk or yogurt once a day, fruit (twice a day) avocados, oils. all nuts, natural peanut butter, natural almond butter, coconut and coconut oil. lots of eggs!!!
Craving sweets? Get some UNFLAVORED natural when. Does not taste like much but put in a blender with almond milk, ice and 10 strawberries, YUM!!!!!!
