They're Chinese spam bots. We got them several months ago and now they're back. Notice that they're posting hundreds of answers every second in every category, so they're definitely from a computer program.
The site has been under a spam bot attack since Dec. 28th. The posts are made by automated bots, not by human users. It is not known who is behind the attack or why it's happening, in spite of some posts laying blame. The bots post an 8 character string of random letters. Oath is said to be working on fixing the problem. All the users can do is report them (if you feel compelled to), ignore them, or take a break from the site until they're gone. The Chinese-appearing language spam bot attack last spring took Oath weeks to get stopped.
Any time you have a problem on the site, check the Yahoo Products>Yahoo Answers subcategory to see if anyone has already posted about it. You'll find your info faster, save 5 pts, and not end up posting a question that's been asked in one form or another already (as yours has, many dozens of times).
SPAMBOTS trying to wreck the site since december 28, 2018. They post on every question in every category. If you click on their username you'll see they try to post questions in what looks like Chinese, but is probably Google Translate garbage
