What is an 'alternate' dessert for Ice cream?

Frozen yogurt

There is none. Eat healthy and have ice cream every once in a while. This is the problem with America. You guys try and find “alternates” to everything, there is no alternates to anything. Ice cream is not supposed to be something you eat everyday.

Sponge cake with fresh fruit.

Mousse

Literally anything

Frozen custard. So good!

greek yogurt

Mousse, Lemon posset, Cheesecake, Trifle, Tiramisu,

Pudding

PIE! It might have whole fruit in it. Sweet potato pie has vegetable.

Depending on what was put in it it could be a healthy dessert.
