破產令於2018年中已完結，家人現在想把我名加在物業上，可以嗎? 去律師樓辦理手續時會查看到我曾破產嗎? 因為家人不知道我破產的?

1. 當然可以；根據破產條例，經法庭頒布的破產令，在四年破產期滿後，以前的欠債經已全部一筆勾銷，銀行或所有債權人再無追討的理據；2.如物業仍有按揭，律師是有責任查看的。
