agreed to hire有＂自己雇用＂的意思．agreed on hiring只有同意（任何人）雇用．．．的意思．

用hire是可以的，亦可以用engage(簽合約)，甚或用最普通的說法use(接納使用)。要看他們的決定權角色，假如他們(看似採購部是負責揀選和協議，庶務部是負責管理公司日常清潔要求的負責部門)，因此以公司名義代表身份用hire是不錯的用詞，因為包括承諾合約的付費和提供服務的要求兩個範疇的聘用條件。

用strategy直譯"策略"是可以的，至於甚麼是你公司的"整體數碼化的"則唯有你能翻譯，但假如直譯這組字會是company's overall digitization strategy. 不過今天以digital作為名詞/形容詞都可以的話，用digital strategy也不算錯吧。但很多時所謂的數碼化其實是更實務性的IT系統轉型，而不單只是把文件或人手寫的東西輸入成為1和0的軟件檔，所以就你所寫的內容當中以ERP系統(不知是否enterprise resource planning)，便可能是管理物資供應程序以減少浪費的策略。假如是這程結構性的改變或轉換，便不會用cope with，因為cope with的受詞是問題/要解決的問題所在，那肯定難題不是"公司的整體數碼化的策略"需要這個ERP系統來"解決"。反而這句的用意是透過使用(實際應用)這ERP系統來「達成」"公司的整體數碼化的策略"，「達成」可以用achieve(假如"全公司的整體數碼化的策略"只有這ERP系統的實施)，亦可以用realize(這ERP系統是實施"全公司的整體數碼化的策略"的其中一項手段/方法)，亦可以用fulfill(這ERP系統是滿足"全公司的整體數碼化的策略"的其中一項要求)

另一句「推動ERP系統的"改革"」似乎並不是 to facilitate "the innovation" of ERP systems。只有你內部才能說明"改革"的意思，但innovation是"創造出"或"突破性改變"的意思，就文理而論，"改革"一般譯為reform，但用於一個digital系統亦不對，假如原文(或實際)的意思是指要求這些執行工程/項目的經理(project development manager(s))要運用這個"新的ERP"系統作為管理工具，不如直接寫to apply the new(revolutionary推進一步把改革寫成革命性的) ERP system(s).

說這麼多，但其實可以/需要修改的可以只是兩三字：
