Japanese natives and Polish natives so what do you think of all these Polish words and Japanese words that sounds just like each other?

Plenty of languages have words that sound similar without being related. First you eliminate those that are related such as all the baby words, mama, papa, dada, baba and similar as they are common to all languages as the first sounds a baby makes. Second you eliminate all the onomatopoeic words, the words that sound like the sense and animal sound words. After that if two languages share phonemes (the sounds that have meaning in the language) then they are going to have combinations of phonemes that sound the same.

The only time you get interested in relationships between languages is if the words that have similar sounds have similar meanings. You compare the basic words in a language and see if they have similar sound and meaning. There are lists of basic words for comparison.

For instance, take the word "house". It is "haus" in German, "huis" in Dutch and "hus" in Swedish, "maison" in French, "casa" in Italian" and "casa" in Spanish. This shows a link between English, German, Dutch and Swedish and another between Italian and Spanish. It also shows that in basic words, the Germanic languages are not closely related to the Romance languages. It is quite possible for a word like "casa" to be a word in a Germanic language but if it doesn't mean "house" it is just a similar combination of sounds but there is no link between the languages.

Polish and Japanese share phonemes, not all of them, but some of them, so similar combinations occur but as the meanings are different they are not related. Languages can have words with similar sounds and meanings if they are borrowed from another language. Most languages will borrow words they do not have so expect to see some similarities but not among the basic words which is why comparisons are always done with the basic words.
