因為美國護照入境台灣是免簽證的，
但我用了香港特區護照訂機票，
因兩本護照的英文名不一樣，
可否用香港特區護照取機票，
到達台灣時用美國護照入境台灣呢？

The answer is no.
A HKSAR Passport holder can't go to Taiwan visa-free. In order to enter Taiwan, the holder must have a permit issued by Taiwan.
Because you are unable to produce this permit during check-in, the airline will simply deny boarding due to lack of proper documentation.
(Since your name in the U.S. Passport is different, the airline will not also let you board the flight as well.)
