Try lubricating it with a bit of hand lotion on a Q-Tip.

If there is fabric stuck between the zipper and the track you gotta pull it out super easy to do or maybe your zipper track is damaged use your common sense and look around where it gets stuck and try to find anything out of the ordinary like melted plastic or a bent zipper

you don't. you just throw it away and cry.
