Depends on how big you want it.
Go to a few tattoo shops in your area and see if they can give you a price.

Depends on font and how much shading. Anywhere from $100-$150
(I used Canadian currency btw)

Ask a few artists to get an idea. They charge differently - through experience, per hour and rent etc but letters can be different, my artists charges £15 (UK pounds) for 1st letter then £5 for every other letter. So it could be anything.
