If I reset my pc, will i lose my windows 10 pro os upgrade that i added?

If you're resetting Windows 10 through the Settings menu then no, it should just reinstall Windows 10 Pro.
If it's using your factory recovery partition then it will reset it to whatever that was, but you can just perform the upgrade to 10 Pro again.
