Have them delivered to where you work. Have them delivered to someone else's address who you trust, or sign for them - they won't drop the package off unless you are there to sign, you will pick your package up at the facility.

Like UPS? I don’t have them delivered to my home, I have them delivered directly to me at my office.

Have a trusted neighbor take your packages for you.
