It was stated that after the meeting, the luggage is to be kept at the meeting place until 1:00pm. Now, there is no need because we will keep the luggage at the hotel in the morning.

Regarding our conversation before, it was required to keep the luggages in our meeting place till one p.m. But now there isn't necessary, for we can keep the luggages in the hotel early in the morning. Thank you and keep in touch. Yip

As mentioned before, we will need to keep our luggage in our meeting place till one PM of the same day.

However, there is a plan change for the reason that we would keep our bags in the hotel we stay.
