Without revealing names. his mother is white who had a one night affair with a black man and got pregnant. She named her child Benjamin . Is there a Connecticut agency that connects families with their natural parents?

That’s funny, I’m named Benjamin and I live in Connecticut, but I’m White, not adopted, and born in 1999.
