What does it matter and how does it affect you? You worked together before you knew and, I presume, she is good at her job. That is all you need to know about a work colleague.

It seems as if Michelle should be careful around coworkers like you. What did/does it even matter what her name was before? There's also no "e-d" in transgender("ed"). Smdh.

your co-worker is a man masquerading as a woman , just because liberals have decided to let anybody pretend to be anything doesn't make it true , if he still has male genitalia he shouldn't be allowed to use ladies facilities as that just makes him a cross dresser

That's not grammatically correct. A is for nouns, but transgendered is an adjective.
