How long does it take to receive your drivers licence car in the mail ?

where i live, they give it to you immediately in person.

What is a 'drivers licence car'? A person can get a Driver's License and a License plate for their car....

My state gives them to you right at the DMV when you renew it or apply for one from out of state.

Usually about a week to 10 days.
After you pass your written and road tests, you'll be issued a "paper" license. It'll have your picture and all identifying information about you on it. It looks just like your permanent license will look, except that it's printed in black & white, and is paper. It's good for up to 30 days. You'll use that until your laminated license arrives in the mail.

locally that is up to 10 business days after the photo session. depends some if it is first license of new driver, then may take all 10 days verifying ID since now the Drivers license gets a scan code with a birth certificate code that has to be checked. Regular renew to new picture and ID code was 5 days for me

It took about 2 weeks for me to receive my license in the mail after I passed the driving test. I live in California, so I don't know if things are different where you live.
