They will not take orders(訂單當然不只一個客戶，故用複數) beyond their production capacity (超過他們的生產能力)

從你的英文寫法推測你是報告「"對方"不會超額接單」的意思，但甚麼是"超額"，是他們的提出上限的額，還是貴司想要訂的額超出他們接受/可受的額？兩者寫法和意義不同的吧。

As far as amount of order being concerned, they only accept their quantity's limits. Yip
