幫我看這文法哪裡有問題?

很中文句法的"英文字組"，所以你先要重學作句子的基本結構。

除了第一句的句型還算可以外，其他句子是"全錯"的句法(包括文法)，以下試指出更正：

1. I have a lot of ideals, 估你心裏的ideals=理想，但英語的ideals是"超出現實或崇高的修為那種"理想"，一般是指哲學上或人操行上的，而不會用於職業或工作的"理想"上。這裏的用字可以寫 I have a lot of ambitions (還剛好對應你末段對Luffy同樣的認同)或I have a lot of life goals(我對自己的人生有很多目標)
but my biggest dream is to become a famous animator. OK.

2. I especially like to read comics, OK
comic to my life happiness 不成句子/沒有動詞，應詃是一句中文片語，以為to=是...我生命的快樂，let me face of difficulties with an optimistic attitude.完全是中文...
或者可以改為英文如下(你會感覺跟你的中文思路完全不協調的)
I especially like to read comics because comics(they) bring happiness to my life, and I become optimistic when faced with difficulties.

Such as, One Piece, is my favorite animation. 本身句子沒大錯，但放在前後文寫法中加插Such as...前句必須要是在說很多comics的內容，才從中指出一部才合理。當然看來你的思路便是指出這本便是令你"樂觀"的其中一本。但英語人的寫法如下：
One of my favorite animations of such is One Piece.
留意英語人說這種舉例或精選時都會說one of XXXs(眾多本之中其中一本最喜愛的）of such 是表達出如你上文所說的作用 is 就是這本叫 One Piece

It bring me to another wonder world when I watched.
句子的字最少有錯的
It brings第三者單數動詞要加S，英語人說這類讀書/看戲的情況，不會用bring(因為bring是帶到自己這裏)，電影/書是"把你帶去它那裏"...
to another wonder"ful" world
wonder要變成wonderful是形容詞形容world
雖然英語人一般不會說another wonderful world這種形容法，但這是你的個人意見感受，不會強行修改。
when I watched這動詞是及物動詞，必須要有受物，即最少要寫成when I watched it.
另外用過去式亦不合句意的表示它對你的意義而只是曾經發生的作用，通常把意義寫出會用現在式(假如是已成理念或功效)或用現在分詞以表示動詞恆常的意義
It takes me to another world of wonders when watching it.

Luffy is "THE" main character and a brave person that "HAS" the ambition of "BECOMING" a great pirate.
改正你用錯的"字"。

so I appreciate with him是不好亦是錯的加插方法，假如要加插連接詞應是
... whom I admire.
這人(角色)是我很欣賞的。
appreciate對人/角色或現實說法時是指"感謝"或"多謝"而不是一般字典解作"欣賞"=通常用於畫作藝術品。

亦可更強列的感情投入
... whom I emulate.
我會仿傚/模仿...
用詞亦跟動畫animation的aminate有諧音的回應對照作用，增強結束全篇的閱讀感。

I have a lot of ideals (to be achieved),
(yet) my biggest dream is to become a famous animator.
I like (especially) to read comics (that brings my life) happiness;
(to face) difficulties with an optimistic attitude.

My favorite animation is (entitled) "One Piece" (which) brings me to a wonderful world
