昨日收到一份由追數公司發出既「法定要求索償書」，文件顯示要求14日內處理欠款… 但上網搵過資料，收到既索償書格式同法例要求既不同，限期由21日變成得14日，又唔係律師樓發出，請問咁樣係咪唔屬於正式既文件？無視佢可以嗎？

A defective document does not always void the validity of such document.
The purpose of the document is to put you in notice regarding the pending actions against you if you fail to repay the debts. So while the Court may delay the proceeding based on a defective notice, bottom line is when your debts are valid and you fail to repay, ultimately the creditors can petition for your bankruptcy.
Nothing is going to change.
