國中的英文文法問題?

1，以共用to 接原形動詞，所以另外加上是贅字
2，用進行式是錯的，若主詞是人則表示強烈主觀意願
3，主詞用動名詞片語形成頭重腳輕，在文法修辭學來分析，是不當用法，用it虛擬主詞則可避開此，It is impolite to talk on the cellphone in the theater while the movie is broadcasting.

國中的英文課果然使華人學生的英語跟真正英語人的英語離開越來越遠。

答：是，第二節的to是省了，你可以改"加"to，但變得累贅，英語人除非要表達這兩件"要做"的事的兩種持性或不同時才會兩節都加to。文法上這不是錯誤，只是文句的修辭或style而已。

但是按這句要表達的意思而言，用to verb其實在英語人眼中是錯的文法。因為learn English和play tennis在這句的意思並不是"要做"的事，而是這兩項"活動"(行動)的本身對"他"的意義，因此這句應該是用present participle: verb+ing的詞才合英語句式意思。

Learning English and playing tennis are fun for him.
另外一些較為常見的例子
Eating vegetable and walking every evening are good for his health.
Smoking cigarette and drinking alcohol are bad for his health.

2.Taking exercise and eating less help you keep healthy.
這裡能不能寫成Taking exercise and eating less are helping you keep healthy？如果不行，為什麼？
答：不行。類似上題的詳答內容。
這句用verb-ing基本正確，表達的是一項事物/狀況而不是"行動"，因此主句的動詞是一種"必然"或"真理"的表述，只能用present tense。不能用present continuous tense因為不是"行動持續進行中"(雖然我想像你以中文或邏輯想法是指要不斷"做這些"才能"持續"健康，但文法和句式的表達不是這想法，除非句尾要表達的狀況是只會在這刻開始發生而持續下去。

例如：Exercising and Cycling are helping him to increase breathing capacity from 30 liters to 40 liters in just 1 hour.
內容需要包含一些規範和情況是表示這"help"是在某時空間維持/延續發生才會是"好句子"。但假如help的是一種理念(health/healthy)而不是特殊/特定情況，則不會用上present continuous tense的。

答：不行。首先文法/句法錯了。假如就文法規則評說，用"眾數"的話，便不能有the在前面，因為the是持明某事物，所以the theater其實已表示指明是劇院/戲院這類地方，所以並不需要加s表示"很多很多"=我想你是想暗示"所有"的戲院(這是錯的中譯邏輯)。
至於把during movie或when the movie is on的寫法/前後文意則只是style風格的表達，你的寫法口語化，亦用多兩字和多了個動詞，另外句意結構上主旨是講impolite。假如把原句的中間部份不讀(假設中途聲音斷掉)，Talking cellphone ... is not polite.聽者從句意還會想查究"消失"的是甚麼，另外假如是讀出來的話，重音會放在句尾的NOT POLITE；你的句子結構頭尾是Talking celling ... during the movie is on.未必會令人想查究你想說是is impolite, is disturbing, is wrong, is prohibited, is unlawful,...因為從內容一聽便知是說"播影中跟電話的關係"，那麼即是說中間你寫的都只是過場語，只是佔據句子空間。這只是句評(給你說明為何有些句寫法目的)，不是說你不能寫。
