How much do estate agents actually earn in UK? (I keep reading that it is only 25-35k)?

From minimum wage to £30k depends on position they are in, how good they are at their job, who they work for and if they also get commission or not

averages are misleading. Most make less than that. Many work only part time (which causes low income). the best do quite well and probably have some niche they found/created that makes them special to a particular clientele
