我覺得這樣很不方便，因為在台灣大家幾乎都是假日才採買用品，

l think that this is rather inconvenient, since nearly all Taiwan people would purchase supplies during holidays. ln other words, we would have 1 day less for shopping.
But this would be quite advantages to the staff, as they would have one more day-off (day of rest).

It is rather regrettable without weekend holiday on account of the function of business on that date; and then the Taiwanese have to adopt another date instead. Yip
