破產後法庭出傳票告我?

我係2015年10月份已經破左產，但果陣我唔知道原來有塊地係屬於我名，所以表格我無寫到，依加破產處就告我破產條例第6章第129（1）(f)及140（1）條
想請問一下大唔大機會要坐監呀，因為我自己一個打工養緊小朋友同70歲既爸爸，我果陣真係唔知道先至無申報到嫁，有無人解答到我，唔該曬！
