So I’m trying to be a lot more healthy and I just got vitamins. I currently take a multivitamin, probiotic, magnesium, Tumerick, collagen, and a hemp fusion pill, and a vitamin for migraines. Send these all really don’t have the same ingredients is it OK that I still take all of them.? It just seems like a lot but I’m just trying to get healthy and I think cents they don’t have the same ingredients I should be Fine

Sensible people get their vitamins and minerals through diet.

The way a person eats is the biggest key to good health. Nothing wrong with supplements but they aren't going to "make a person healthy" unless they eat a good diet and are active.

That's fine. I take vitamin B12 sublingual (essential as I cannot absorb vitamin B12), magnesium (I keep losing this mineral when taking asthma medication but also when stressed or eating sugary foods), vitamin D (have issues getting vitamin D into optimal range...likely due to inflammation as I'm dealing with nasty toxic mould exposure), omega 3 (notably helps with inflammation), milk thistle (great for detoxing the liver), multivitamin (I like the zinc and copper especially. When taking zinc to correct zinc deficiency I developed copper deficiency. A little zinc is much better along with copper).

Take what you need to help you feel better. Word of note: avoid magnesium oxide. Only 4% absorption..and I can feel that! Look for "ate" eg: citrate, taurate, glycinate, chelate.

see a real health practitioner, to help you detox first, then worry about nutrition.......the quacks have done untold damage to the psyche of most......
