When having sex it's important not just to get wet but also for the vagina to open up to make it easier for the penis to enter. If you don't get to this stage then pain and tearing are likely. If he gives you oral sex then this will probably get you properly prepared but every couple is different and you will have to find out what works for you. If it doesn't go in easily at first then take it gently a little bit at a time. A lot of women can only orgasm from clitoral stimulation. You can even do it yourself during sex.

Well if you keep at it you can keep bleeding. Give yourself time to heal before having any more sex. You are a little open to infection - and infections can become a serious issue fast. If you allow yourself to heal then you will be better prepared to know if you really have a problem at all.

No. It's also completely normal not to come from penetration. The banging in and out stuff is for guys. Women need clitoral stimulation.
