攞緊綜援但偷偷地工作，係今年停止攞綜援後被人舉報，被調查到工作4～5年，宜家通知話會寄信係指定時間和地點去接受調查，想問過程係點樣？如果真係查清楚會不會被起訴？如果願意償還金額還會起訴嗎？如果判刑會點判？之所以偷工作係因為綜援金唔夠用，有2女1仔讀書老公80幾歲，所以偷偷地去做清潔工一個月7000-8000幫補，係仔女讀完中六後停止攞綜援但被舉報。如果上庭可以點樣求情減輕刑罰？
