父親沒立遺囑，剩下一屋屋，但生前每月為其一子女代為嘗還每月卡數，现今女兒無力嘗還，意欲申請破產，可否宣誓放棄承繼居屋，申請破產，請指點。

While the answer is yes, the issue is the decision can be challenged by the creditors.
