這句的 "increasing" 沒有用錯.這句 的文法卻有些微需要修正的地方, 現修改如下 :
It might be beneficial to choose increasing the number of staff in order to attain(達至) a better quality control of our product.

increasing--non-finite,present participle,increasing amount by which (the number of staff)----
