Never *completely* successful. What happens is, people that are really f*cking into that thing, just simply have to take it underground! Which kind of makes you feel like a secret punk rebel, or anarchist hacker, in some kind of cheesy, low-budget B movie... And also, gives you HELLA more paranoia and anxiety, on occasion... Yay! :-P

One thing it HAS accomplished, though..? Is that the mainstream population usually won't get into those things, as much. And people who maybe would have wanted to try it, if it were legal, but are not really THAT extremely interested in it..? Will be much more likely not to go there. And many people, who just accept their programming, and aren't really big on questioning things for themselves..? Will automatically assume it's just flat out EVIL, no matter what it is. :S
參考: Secret "crime"/trespass of choice, that has enabled me to have this kind of weird experience, in my own life..? I'm someone who just so happens to LOVE psychedelics! Sue me, society! (Or... please don't, actually.) :S

Are people so poorly educated that they can't write a f*cking sentence, or are there just lazy @$$holes on this site?

<<Has anything governments banned, or at least tried to ban, ever been successful?>> Not that difficult
