No PMS symptoms yet, could I be pregnant?

I usually get my PMS symptoms like a week in advance to my period. My last period was September 5th and lasted maybe 3-4 days. My boyfriend and I have always had sex with a condom, and we have many times since my period this month already.

except we had a little bit of intercourse without a condom a few days ago, he didn’t *** inside me but it resulted in me buying Plan B anyways and taking it. I’ve felt mild to pretty bad cramps since then, and even before that I was feeling them.

I've had no symptoms of pregnancy at all, but I’ve had no pms symptoms either. Usually my boobs hurt LOTS about a week before my period, but even before I took the Plan B they weren’t hurting. The only symptom I’ve had was lower abdominal pain for a few days now, and it’s gotten worse with taking Plan B.

could I be pregnant or am I just tricking my body into thinking I am?

You could be, the morning after pill isn't terribly effective. But there is a far higher probability that you're not pregnant. Taking an enormous dose of artificial hormones will give you all sorts of side effects quite apart from the tricks your mind is playing.

Sure you could be. All you can do is test three weeks after the last time you had sex, since Plan B often causes irregularity and you can't count on when your period is due.
