You don't need the word 'this' .. and it could all be one sentence, with a comma instead of a full stop.

You take care of Mr Gain's issue, don't you ?

"Is Mister Gain's issue, yours?"

You don't need the adjective "this"preceeding a noun "Mr. Gain" on the issue.
With a comma instead of a full stop to make the sentence;or without.
No question tags Won't you, but interrogative statement.
