Everyone I work a puzzle, why does my dog chew a puzzle piece? I end up throwing my new puzzle away!?

Do you eat lunch whilst playing with your puzzles ? ....If so , maybe your hands have small amounts of food on them that the dog can smell ......So stop eating when playing with the puzzles .

Have you thought about locking the room that you're doing the puzzle in so your dog can't get it? This is your fault, not your dog's. He doesn't know he's chewing a puzzle piece. You do.
