a way to auto lock screen of htc touchpro 2 device to prevent touch screen change, without need of pin?

like, for example, with htc desire z, the screen locks, and nothing on the screen can be touched, accidentally sending me into whateverlse, and then i simply use a sliding action on the screen to unlock it with no need for a 'key'
