Not necessarily. In the narrative, picking the wrong tree got Humanity banished and then the other tree, and the garden itself, got overgrown and disappeared.
One would assume that if the right tree had been chosen, the bad tree would have disappeared or been removed.
No - since it never existed.
The only thing inevitable in a FICTIONAL STORY like the BuyBull,
is whatever he author had planned.
Like, for example: it was inevitable that SAURON would be destroyed, because that is what JRR Tolkien had in mind, and it's what he was planning as the ending for the War of the Ring.
The EPIC FAIL for the BuyBull story, specifically, is this:
An all-knowing god would already have known what would happen. It happened exactly as he
designed it to happen, as part of his Grand Master Plan. So why does he get upset
and punish them, for doing exactly what he knew they would do, exactly as they were designed to do?
Same with Noah's Ark and Great Flood.
An all-knowing god would have already known exactly how people would behave
exactly as he designed them to behave. He is ALL-KNOWING. And ALL TIME.
So, why get upset and mas-murder the entire planet, for behaving EXACTLY as he
designed them to behave, and as his Grand Master Plan structured them to behave?
It is a TOTAL EPIC FAIL in premise, logic and context.
The entire BuyBull, and GENESIS especially, are complete EPIC FAILS from start to finish.
Here's what I would have done (if I was a character in the dumbest story ever told....) I'd have waited until the tree of knowledge dropped mature fruit, thrown a net over the tree of knowledge with signage saying 'poisonous', opened the fruit, removed the seeds, planted them and waited until they bore fruit.
Bingo-bango, second hand knowledge.
God knew that would happen then...
(how many thumbs down for this answer eh?)
POSSIBLY OR THEY COULD HAVE ALL BEEN GOOD but the devil was there tempting them...He is a wicked fool.
Frankenstein?
Undoubtedly it was inevitable that Eva, would have passed the test, the fact is that Eve had the possibility of not transgress the commandment of God, but the glory of'man, leads him to succumb to his free choice.
The forbidden fruit was not only touched, but also ate, between Eva and Adam, then,'shaft has not had the legs to sit, but was still there, together with the devil who tried Eva, and Adam, the sons of generation not c'come at all!!
Eve shouldn't have been tempted in the first place. Satan lied to her about what God said.

She shouldn't have doubted what God told her. Besides, God had given them plenty of beautiful trees with good fruit for them to eat. She had no reason other than disobedience to be drawn to that one. Anyway, all humans have the same nature to rebel and put our own reasoning above God's, so we don't even need to wonder about future generations. The very first humans disobeyed as expected and we can judge their decision until we remember how we disobey God daily. That's why we need Jesus.
Not only was it inevitable, judging by the design of the animals he made, it seems like his whole plan was to trick Adam and Eve into eating the fruit.

if god is ever-knowing then its all in his plan. just like how he hardened the heart of the pharaoh to stop the israelis. just like he created satan to tempt humans and admitted that he created good and also evil. the question is why did he deny responsibility when hes omnipotent?
Prov. 16:4 "Everything the Lord has made has its destiny; and the destiny of the wicked is destruction."
Yep. You'd think an all knowing being would have saw that coming. There are a number of problems with the story. I've always had issue that it was the tree of knowledge of good and evil. There's an order of operations error here. They understood good from evil after eating. In other words, they only understood that disobeying God and eating was evil after they had done so.
POSSIBLY OR THEY COULD HAVE ALL BEEN GOOD but the devil was there tempting them...He is a wicked fool.
Duh! That's the WHOLE BASIS for Original Sin.
That was never a possibility
God plainly stated that he knew the end of all things from before the beginning of them - and that he appointed Jesus to be the Saviour of all his faithful souls -- BEFORE MAKING CREATION.
Isa 46:10 I declared the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that were not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
We cannot know. God told Adam and Eve not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. We don't even know if Adam and Eve would had children in the Garden of Eden. If so, God would had likely charge them with warning their children about the Tree of Knowledge, or He would had told them Himself.
The Talking Snake had mentioned to a frog that he wanted one of the apples.
I am not one to speculate or question our Creator. Had Adam and Eve stayed faithful, they would have trained their children to be. It was not until the Devil came that temptation came to the fore. I am just happy that Jehovah is giving us a second chance to do things right as perfect individuals. We have the imperfect man Job who kept his integrity to God while going through pain and sorrow from Satan. And we have the example of Jesus Christ and all he went through, yet kept his integrity to his Father. These examples help all of us to see that no matter what we may face, with the help of God's holy spirit, we can keep our integrity too. We have examples of Jehovah's Witnesses who have kept their integrity although knowing they were to be executed for their faith. They faced living in concentration camps, being sent to Siberia, and inhumane treatment by governments. Some are alive today telling others of their past life under such circumstances. When God's Kingdom takes over earth's affairs (Daniel 2:44) things will be as we have never known. Justice will prevail and love will permeate this beautiful earth as never before except before Adam's rebellion and when Noah and his family left the ark after the flood. I invite you to learn more about what the Bible teaches from the international website, jw.org and Bible Teachings > Bible Questions Answered. If you believe what you learned, you can request your free personal Bible study online or from the next witness who knocks on your door or by visiting your neighborhood Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. There is never a collection taken and all are welcome. Thank you so much for this question.
Sorry, anyone who believes the Adam and Eve story was real needs psychiatric help.
And Omnipotent and Omniscient God would have known full well that the fruit would have been eaten if he left it there and he would also have had the power to prevent anyone from eating said fruit but he didn't try to stop it at all. Then he acted all upset when they did exactly what he knew they were going to do already.

The devil doesn't exist and that whole thing is a myth.
Yes.
And already, even before the Earth, God planned for our salvation through Christ!
Think of it all as 'growing up' -- you have to learn by experience, to truly care about other people, in a deeper way.
You are describing what is it like to be inside of GOD's version of a fully alive 'computer simulation' complete with 'talking snakes' and 'allegorical' trees. Even Adam and Eve were a 'condensed' version of all of humanity conceiving of themselves as 'One Mind,' which is why they were not even aware that they had bodies until after the 'fall.' Otherwise, how could they not have noticed being 'naked?'
GOD describes this as being like rolling up reality 'like a scroll' and expressing it short-hand using powerful symbolic representations. The current 'cosmos' is what reality looks like when 'unfolded' which is why it includes vast chasms of time and space along with incomprehensibly perplexing mysteries and untraversable distances representing the vast separation between our genius and GOD's.
The 'forbidden fruit' continues to be offered by the 'talking snake' who has unfolded into a 'Dragon' presiding over a world of looming destruction from powerful incendiary warfare and devices, situated upon a random space rock which itself is hurling towards a mathematically certain and fiery oblivion.
GOD tells us in scripture that He plans to 'roll it up' once again and that the new 'Adam' is Jesus Christ, (1 Corinthians 15:45), and the new 'Eve' is everyone who enters into His Covenant as the Holy Church and agrees to the 'One Mind' this new arrangement represents, (Ephesians 5:25-32).
The original 'Adam and Eve' had no need to procreate because they were already everything the 'Human' could possibly or potentially be while living in a state of perfect oneness and harmony as 'One Mind.' The decision to explore the 'new cosmos' by disobeying GOD's admonition against doing so has already sealed their fate, but GOD has provided a 'way of escape' for those among us who are willing to join the new 'Couple' because we were actually motivated by ignorance and deceived by superficial appearances.
That is no longer the case. The choice we make is forever, because now we know EXACTLY what our choice is and the 'talking snake' is no longer hiding his true nature. His evil is all around us and his 'cosmos' couldn't be more obvious to us. GOD's promises remain intact nevertheless, and the 'way of escape' remains open until the moment when GOD gives the new command to 'roll it back up.'
yes, i think God creates humans throughout colonies in the Galaxy, and therefore the process is repeated often, and that each planet is designed to create many Sons of God and for the exaltation of those that are worthy to become Gods
there is also an alternative theory, that some people , like Adam and eve, never eat the forbidden fruit, but they are taught by God, and if there is one man that obeys God forever, Then does Not God make Him a Son of God without tasting death, ? idk
the BoM seems to imply this doesn't happen saying that such people remain in a state of innocence forever, maybe that's the truth, maybe it's just another part of God's plan
seems no one knows the fruit eaten.
what the SIN really is. (entails)
pity...
NO , is my answer.
the Hebrew word (for touch) shows the truth.
who here knows it?
its a euphemism.
I do not think anyone would have eaten of the tree and that is why satan tempted the woman into eating the forbidden fruit
'Enlil' would stlll have trapped that rib-woman in that garden in Mesopotamia.
She wouldn't have left.
The fruit would have become rotten.
You have not apparently actually read and then though about this presentation of man acquiring from the gods. The biblical god created an inquisitive creature and in that knowledge placed temptation within reach of that creature but then it holds "it's" creation for 'it's" mistakes. The understanding is that the biblical god wanted mankind simply to be another creature in the forest with no knowledge hence man would not have known of nor worshipped the gods.
Jesus is the New Adam and the Virgin Mary is the New Eve. It is good to honor them both by reciting daily and with care the angelic psalter of the Virgin Mary.
Adam and Eve did not have the power to produce children until after the fall.
