Is it illegal in women s MMA to kick to the genitals? I know it sounds bad but obviously they don t have testicles to get injured like males?

The Unified MMA rules prohibit "groin shots". Gender is not mentioned, so it applies to males and females.The Amateur MMA prohibit "groin strikes". Again, gender is not mentioned.

Depends on the rules in the jurisdiction where the fight is happening. But groin protectors for female MMA fighters are banned.
